  • 27 July 1969 Brigadier N. S. E. Maude, R.M., appointed an Aide-de-Camp to The Queen [5].
  • The death of Colonel (later Brigadier) Neil Stanley Eustace Maude (40 RM Cdo) of Wheathill. Nr. Somerton, Somerset, was announced in Commando Association newsletter 85 issued September 1987 [6].
