Sgt. Lee Andrew Houltram RM
Sergeant Lee Houltram died [1] during operations targetting a Taliban bomb making factory near Gereshk, Helmand Province, Afghanistan.  He received a posthumous Mention in Despatches in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in Afghanistan [2].
 
In July 2008 he received a Queen's Commendation for Valuable Service in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in Afghanistan during the period 1st October 2007 to 31st March 2008 [3].
