Private Ernest Crouch, 3 troop, was killed in action in Holland. His Commando were engaged in operations at Maasbracht and Brachterbeek. He had been wounded before (full date not reported) during operations at Normandy. Son of Alfred and Annie Emma Crouch, of South Hackney, London.
