Lance Corporal Harold Blinman was killed in action during operations in North Africa. He has no known grave. His Commando were engaged an assault on one of a line of flat topped hills known as Green Hill which was held by the enemy and covered the road and railway running from Tabarka to Mateur. Son of Charles William and Emma Eliza Blinman; husband of Gladys Evelyn Blinman, of Corsham, Wiltshire. Father of Terence aged 3 months.
