Mne. David Ward was serving on HMS Albion at the time of his death. He had been diagnosed with depression and tragically took his own life. David graduated as a Royal Marine in July 2002.  He served with 42 Commando RM and the UKLFCSG, and his service included Northern Ireland and Iraq.
