Notes
His name is on the 48RM Commando Memorial at the RM Commando Museum, Portsmouth.  Whilst source [2] and [3] shows attached to 48RM Commando, sources [1] and [4] amend this showing his unit as 16 Light Field Ambulance. It is likely he was attached to 48RM Commando for this specific operation. Awaits confirmation or otherwise of commando service.
