Lieutenant Thomas Bowman served in No.12 Commando ( Para Troop) and then No.1 Commando 6 Troop in the Far East.
Post war he had a business in Camberley Surrey and was also an actor. He had a role in the "My Fair Lady" New York Broadway Revival which ran from March 25, 1976 to February 20, 1977.
- His death was announced to members in Commando Association newsletter 105 issued September 1997 " Lt. Thomas Horne (Tom) Bowman (12 & 1 Cdo.) of New York, U.S.A."
