McGurk 3 Commando
Ian Francis McGurk
Private McGurk was wounded 7 June 1944 during operations in Normandy, France. After recuperating from his wounds he rejoined the Commando on 21 August 1944. He was later sent to O.C.T.U. and commissioned as an officer in the Gloucestershire Regiment.
