Ronald Kenney RN passed his Commando course on 18 March 1978 and served as a Leading Medical Assistant with 40 Commando RM during the Falklands War [1].
- 27 July 1987 commissioned later commanding the Medical Squadron, Commando Logistic Regiment RM [2][3].
- 13 November 2000 (Lt. Commander RN) appointed as Officer (Brother) to the Most Venerable Order of the Hospital of St. John of Jerusalem [4].
- 18 June 2005 (Commander RN) to Retired list [5].
