In 1939 John Fraser was a City of London Police Constable, warrant number 9267, single, serving at Bishopsgate Police Station. Post war resumed his Police Service in the City of London. In 1962 he was employed in the Recruiting Office for the City of London Police. Member of the Commando Association residing Chaldon, Surrey.
