Lt John Nixon MC 3 Commando
Lieutenant John Nixon was awarded the Military Cross in recognition of gallant and distinguished services in Italy. [1]
  • 28 December 1945 Lieutenant Nixon relinquished his commission on account of disability and was granted the honorary rank of Captain. [2]
Captain John Nixon MC died in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia in October 1972. [3]
