Lance Corporal Jack Sanderson was reported missing, later confirmed killed in action, during operations at the crossing of the River Rhine at Wesel. He was one of the Police Intakes to the Commandos. In 1939 he was a Police Constable residing at 3 Albert Road, Long Eaton.
Son of Thomas and Gwladys Sanderson, of Sheffield.
