William James Jary enlisted on 1 September 1939, former occupation Servant. Trooper Jary, 50 Middle East Commando was reported missing between 25 and 28 February 1941 during operations on the occupied Greek island of Kastellorizo, later confirmed prisoner of war since 27 February 1941.
