Served in the Commandos from 1942. Active service included Sicily, Italy, Albania, and the Dalmatian Islands of former Yugoslavia. Married to Irene. Civil employment Wood Machinist at Jaguar in Coventry, and at Rover in Solihull. He then worked at Trumph before retiring in 1981. Member of the Commando Association from Allesley, Coventry.
