Charles Geoffrey Osmond 3 Commando
Captain Charles Geoffrey Osmond was awarded the Military Cross in recognition of gallant and distinguished service during operations on 19 August 1942 at Dieppe, France, during which he was severely wounded and taken prisoner of war.
Post war Chairman of the Birmingham Branch of the Commando Association in the 1950's, before moving to Southampton in the mid 1960's.
