Sergeant Cecil Wylie Foster was found dead in a Company Store Block cabin at Sematan Camp, Borneo, with a gunshot wound to his head and a rifle lying beside him. An N.C.O. was outside the cabin and heard the shot. No one had entered or left the store when this occurred. Husband of Joan Foster; father of Barry, Ian, and Wendy.
