Captain Terence Cousins died during operations at Port-en-Bessin, France. Posthumously Mentioned in Despatches for gallantry and leadership whilst attacking an enemy bunker.
Son of Cyril Walter and Violet Cousins; husband of Angela Cousins. There is a memorial at this location in his memory. 
  • Entered the Corps in September 1940. On completion of training he was appointed to H.M.S Cumberland where he remained until 1943. He later joined the Special Service Group.
