Stan Tilly 4 Commando
Corporal Stanley Tilly, a veteran of the Dieppe raid, was wounded on 12 June 1944 during operations at Normandy, France [1][2]
Post war member of the Commando Association who unceasingly carried the Brighton Branch Association flag to every ceremony in Normandy so as to show a British Flag among the many French Pennants [3].
