Second Lieutenant John Fitton was reported prisoner of war during operations at Pothus, Norway (Scissors Force). He was captured on 26 May 1940. Previously wrongly reported missing believed killed.

Owen Larney from Dublin enlisted 4 May 1940. Private Larney attached Layforce was reported wounded and missing June 1941 during operations in Crete, later confirmed prisoner of war. Initially taken to 5 AGH (Athens General Hospital) before being transported to German Stalags.

Sapper Scott enlisted with the Royal Engineers 6 October 1939 aged 21. He was reported missing 23 May 1940 whilst attached to No.1 Independent Company during operations in Norway (Scissors Force), later found to be a prisoner of war.

Sapper Peter Wood was reported missing 23 May 1940 during operations with the North Western Expeditionary Forces (Norway) (Scissors Force). Later found to be a prisoner of war having been captured on 10 May 1940 at Hemnesberget.
