Lance Corporal Richard Harding was reported missing 19 August 1942 during operations at Dieppe, France, later confirmed killed in action. Son of George and Fanny Harding, of Leicester, England [1][2][3].
Previously engaged as a Signaller on Operation Archery at Vaagso, Norway. Recommended for the Military Medal but not approved [4].
