James Martin Hustick, a Locomotive Fireman from London, enlisted into the Armed Forces on 7 October 1940 later volunteering for the commandos.
Lance Corporal Hustwick, No.2 Commando, was wounded on 16 September 1943 at Salerno, Italy. The following year on 6 June 1944 he was reported missing, later confirmed a prisoner of war, during operations with No.2 Commando on Brac Island in the Adriatic.
