Reverend Captain Clifford Pritchard
Padre in No.3 Commando and 1 Special Service (Commando) Brigade HQ.  He died in 1962 of a sudden heart attack leaving a widow and four young children. His son David adds, "My father never spoke of his time with the Commandos and my mother many years later said that he had a bad time suffering from what we now call PTSD. Despite being brought up in a strict non conformist household in North Wales and pursuing a career in the church, after 1945 he never entered a church again".
