Arthur Alfred Bailey enlisted 27 May 1941, civil occupation council employee. On 11 June 1944 Marine Bailey, 46RM Commando 'B' troop, was captured at Rots and le Hamel, Normandy. On repatriation to the UK in 1945 he resided in Kenley, Surrey.
