25.01.1941 posted Special Training Centre, Lochailort
15.03.1941 attached No.12 Commando. Active service included the Lofoten Raid, Norway, and raids on the French Coast.
29.04.1942 attached Commando Depot, Achnacarry.
11.05.1942 ceased to be attached Commando Depot.
06.11.1943 attached No.5 Commando after disbandment of No.12 Commando.
13.11.1943 embarked on HMT Reina del Pacifico for overseas service in India, Ceylon, and Burma with No.5 Commando which was part of 3 Special Service (Commando) Brigade.
