Lance Corporal Frank Healey, No.2 Commando 5 Troop, was wounded 9 March 1945 in Italy.
Frank Healey was married, employed in civil life as a Labourer, and resided in Strines, near Stockport. Whilst No.2 Commando were based in Ayr before deployment overseas he served in 'A' Section, No.2 Sub Section of 5 Troop, had been with the Commando since at least 1942, and was billeted at 122 George Street, Ayr.
