Private Percy Lucas died in hospital in Secunderabad, India, whilst on active service in the Far Eastern theatre of operations. Son of Mrs Annie Fitzpatrick from Fazakerley, Liverpool. Married to Lina.

MANFORD, Francis Stanley

Captain Francis Stanley Manford served in No 5 Commando until 1942. He then left the Commando and joined Mission 204. From there he became an instructor to 77 Brigade – the Chindits.. In 1944 having now joined the S.O.E.

TOOTH, Eric Roger

Killed in action or died of wounds
Private Eric Tooth died on 17 May 1945 of wounds received on 30 January 1945 during operations at Kangaw, Burma. Son of Arthur and Violet Tooth, of Bignall End, Staffordshire.

YEOMAN, Robert

No 5 Commando
Kings Royal Rifle Corps
Died on war service
Rifleman Robert Yeoman died as a result of an accident at Cocanada, India.
