Private Thomas Fraser, 10 Troop, died during operations in the Western Desert. He had been one of the raiding party of Operation Flipper, the raid on Rommel's HQ. Son of Leslie D. and Annie H. Fraser, of Parkhead, Glasgow.

Lance Corporal Donald MacQuarrie, 8 troop, died of wounds during operations in the Middle East. Initially reported as missing on 24 November 1941 then as wounded and a prisoner of war (since recaptured). 

STONE, Sidney James

Scots Guards
Killed in action or died of wounds

Sergeant Sidney Stone was serving with  "L" Detachment, S.A.S. Bde Special Air Service Regiment, A.A.C. at the time of his death, having previously served in No. 8 Commando.
