WO2 Erroll Taylor, attached at the time to the RM Holborn careers office, was one the 35 fatalities as a result of the Clapham Train crash. He had previously served 22 years on active service with the Royal Marines and was married with sons aged 14 and 11. Sources: AFM ROH Navy News issue Jan 1989, p32.
