Lieutenant Anthony Robinson died of wounds in Italy. Son of Guy Denzil Robinson and Sydney Sophia Robinson, of Bishopstoke, Eastleigh, Hampshire.

"Commando Shot In Raid, Died :- Lieut. Anthony D. Robinson, son of Mr. and Mrs. G. D. Robinson, of Westminster Bank House, Melbourne, who, on March 24, was shot in both legs in a Commando raid and reported wounded and missing, believed to be a prisoner, is now officially reported to have died within a few days of the incident. The news reached his parents yesterday, but it is not stated where their son died. Lieut. Robinson was serving in Italy. Educated at Queen Elizabeth's School, Ashbourne, Lieut. Robinson volunteered in March, 1942, and was commissioned at Sandhurst in the Royal Armoured Corps. In February, last year, he was transferred to the Royal Irish Fusiliers, serving with the Eighth Army, and later became a Commando."
