On the CWGC Grave Concentration Report for Mne. O'Callaghan he is listed as being buried next to Mne Henry Raymond Jeffcott who died on the same day as Mne. O'Callaghan, the 25th June 1944. The unit for Mne Jeffcott is shown as 30 RM Assault Unit.
The Westminster Abbey Commando ROH entry for Mne. O'Callaghan shows his unit as 30 Commando Assault Unit (identical to 30RM Assault Unit).
