Lance Corporal Donald MacQuarrie, 8 troop, died of wounds during operations in the Middle East. Initially reported as missing on 24 November 1941 then as wounded and a prisoner of war (since recaptured). 
Son of Donald Maclean MacQuarrie and Rosina Wanless Mills MacQuarrie, of Wallsend, Northumberland.
