Lance Corporal Joseph Pasquale died when a mortar shell exploded near him at Normandy. Son of Joseph and Winifred Pasquale from Liverpool; husband of Jean Marion Lucille Pasquale, of Lewes, Sussex. Also commemorated on the family headstone in Ford Cemetery, Liverpool.
