Cemetery/Memorial: 
Lieutenant Alistair Mackenzie died as a result of an accident at Troon. Son of Donald William and Margaret Mackenzie, of Aberdeen. 
Educated at Aberdeen Grammar School, he entered the University to study Economics, and became an enthusiastic member of the O.T.C., distinguishing himself in shooting. He received his commission on 2 October 1939 and took part in the Lofotens raid.
