Just saw in my radio and tv guide that tomorrow (Sunday 5th of December), BBC 2 will broadcast Jeremy Clarksons film on the raid at St. Nazaire at 20.00 hours UK time. After that a documentry on Operation Mincemeat. And before all this: Dad's Army at 18.30 hours. So Sunday evening will be well spent!

I read another book on the subject many moons ago - before the identity of Glyndwr Michael had been revealed.
Thoroughly enjoyed the BBC program 'Operation Mincemeat' the other night.

Jeremy Clarkson's documentary on the St. Nazaire raid will be released on DVD on the 31st October. It's part of a two disk set called 'War Stories' and includes a documentary on the history of the VC and a 'making of' documentary.
Having missed the original broadcast, it sounds like a must have.
