Guardsman Victor Lessons was attested into the Coldstream Guards on 29 September 1942 aged 18 and volunteered for the Commandos the following year. He served in No.4 Commando alongside his brother Corporal George Lessons at Normandy and Walcheren.
Post war member of the Commando Association.
