Private Denis Johnson died during operations at Vaagso, Norway. Son of Edward Alfred and Ruby Helen Johnson. Denis was an old boy of Wrekin College, Shropshire, and formerly a playing member of Wolverhampton Rugby Football Club. He enlisted in 1940 and also took part in the Lofotens Raid*.
